Imagine reflecting on your life surrounded by laurel forests, cliffs above the Atlantic, and volcanic lakes. In 2026, I’ll be on the island of São Miguel creating a coaching community: walk & coach sessions along the island’s trails and viewpoints, but also individual and group coaching sessions, networking events, reflective moments, and trainings on coaching and leadership for business leaders.
The activities will initially be available in English, Spanish, and Italian. Soon, also in Portuguese as I am studying the language.

About me
I’m Riccardo Maistrello, a professional coach certified by the ICF (International Coaching Federation), with a background in Engineering, Innovation, and Personal Construct Psychology. I’ve worked in Italy, the UK and the Netherlands, and since 2019 I’ve been supporting people through transitions with depth and strategic focus. I’m also a university lecturer and innovation consultant.
Now, I’m bringing coaching to the Azores to unite nature, reflection, and change.
